Owner/Operator
C. Todd Marks received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law in 2001. There, he was selected for publication and served as the symposium editor of the George Mason Law Review. Mr. Marks received his bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and finance from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. Prior to forming the Westchase Law P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC, in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Marks was in the private practice of law in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Florida.
