Christopher Todd Marks

C. Todd Marks, Esq. is an attorney licensed in Florida, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Marks owns numerous companies and is the founder and managing shareholder of both Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida.

An Ohio native, Marks attended the University of Cincinnati College of Business where he received his undergraduate degree with a B.B.A. in marketing and finance. Marks’ early career was in politics, where he served as chief of staff and campaign manager to a Cincinnati city councilmember.

Marks then obtained his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and served as an editor of the Law Review. Marks began his law career in Washington, D.C. and McLean, Virginia with a national law firm practicing in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups.

Marks continued his political involvement in D.C. and volunteered with the Office of White House Advance and has remained active in local, state, and national political campaigns ever since.

Mr. Marks has served on various boards in the community, including the Hillsborough County Land Use Appeals Board, the Westchase Charitable Foundation, and Church at the Bay.
